Return Policy
- Items are available for return or exchange within 21 days of purchase with valid receipt for a merchandise credit. We do not return shipping costs. (see full return policy)
- Friendly reminder to go over your order at checkout before submitting. Make sure you put in the right receiving method for your order. There is no way to edit orders after submitting them. If you accidentally put in shipping or delivery methods when you meant porch pick up and submit the order incorrect you will be charged 3.5% plus $0.30 of the refunded amount of the shipping/delivery cost.
Refunds
- We do not issue refunds. Only merchandise credit within 21 days of the original purchase with a valid receipt. We do not return shipping costs.

Exchanges
- All orders are inspected thoroughly before leaving the Just Peachy facility to meet quality control regulations. We do offer exchanges in the event your order was lost during shipment or damaged upon delivery. We do not return shipping costs. However, when exchanging an item, shipping fees will be waived on all replacements.
Order Edits
- Once your order is placed there is no option to edit the order.
Canceled Orders
- Once an order is placed there is a 60 min time period to cancel your order. After 60 mins that window closes and the order will begin processing.
Potential Service Interruptions
- Orders may take longer to arrive then estimated shipping dates due to variables outside of our control. Such variables can include weather, natural disasters or shipping service issues. Depending on the severity of the interruption, orders can take up to 3-6 weeks longer than original ship date. We cannot control any obstacles the shipping carriers may come in contact with.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping Costs are based on carrier, seasonality, dimensional weight, packaging weight, type of products shipped and packaging supplies.
When will your order arrive?
- Once an order is placed it is put into processing.
- Shipping dates are based off of when the item leaves our facility and does not account for processing times.
- Once the item leaves our facility your estimated delivery times begin.
Example: Once order is place, it is then processed and packaged at our facility. Shipping time occurs once the carrier has picked up the package.
- Estimated shipping dates are based on the carrier used. USPS is our preferred carrier at this time.
- If orders are placed on a weekend or holiday they will be processed the following business day.
What happens after my order is placed
- After an order is placed it is then processed within 72 hours and then ready to ship.
- Once the carrier picks up the order estimated shipping times begin.
- If orders are placed on a weekend or holiday, they will be processed the following business day.
Local Pick-Up
- Local pick-up is available Sunday – Thursday 12pm – 7pm and closed on holidays.
- An email will be sent when your order is ready for pick-up.
- Reply to the email to schedule your pick-up day and time.
Conejo Valley, California – Ventura County
- Free delivery (Wednesday and Fridays, except holidays) on all orders over $75.00 within our Conejo Valley, CA delivery zone (see map).
- $10.00 flat rate applies to ALL order $75.00 and under.
- All orders within the delivery zone will occur late afternoon/early evening
- All deliveries are contactless drop off deliveries
- Delivery is to ONE ADDRESS per delivery
- If orders are placed on a weekend or holiday they will be processed the following business day.
Conejo Valley, California – Ventura County (Outside Delivery Zone – see map)
- All orders outside of delivery zone can be shipped (shipping costs calculated at checkout) or available for contactless pick-up.
- Contactless pick-up must be scheduled by email (Sunday – Thursday 12pm – 7pm, closed holidays)
- If orders are placed on a weekend or holiday they will be processed the following business day.
Rest of California
- Orders are processed within 72 hours (Monday-Friday except holidays) then shipped using USPS.
- USPS delivery for standard mail is 2-9 business days however, delays can occur.
- Expedited shipping upgrades do not change production time only speed up the shipping process.
- If orders are placed on a weekend or holiday they will be processed the following business day.
Rest of United States
- Orders are processed within 72 hours (Monday-Friday except holidays) then shipped using USPS.
- USPS delivery for standard mail is 2-3 weeks, however, delays can occur.
- Standard mail should not be used for time sensitive orders.
- Orders may take longer to arrive than estimated shipping dates due to variables outside of our control. Such variables can include weather, natural disasters or shipping service issues. Depending on the severity of the interruption, orders can take up too 3-6 weeks longer than original ship date. We cannot control any obstacles the shipping carriers may come in contact with.
- If orders are placed on a weekend or holiday they will be processed the following business day.
- We do not ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska at this time
