We do our very best to hand make and provide products our customers will love. We want our customers to be completely happy with their purchase. If your order is lost or damaged, please contact us within 21 days of original purchase and we will be happy to find a solution. We will replace or return the item(s) for full merchandise credit. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping and handling fees. If item(s) arrived damaged we request you email us pictures of the damaged products.

 

 

Our handmade products are made with love and patience. Every item is inspected three times before being shipped to insure 100% quality care.

 

Please note that, although every effort is made to photograph our items accurately and describe our products in detail, we cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise. Keep in mind the majority of our products are handmade or naturally grown. Hence, no two items are exactly alike. Naturally grown items will always have imperfections due to Mother Nature. We find these imperfections special and unique.
